Mountain Mushroom Festival

You are invited to join the City of Irvine for
the 31st anniversary of the festival.
Start your day at the festival with a hearty breakfast! Irvine Masonic Lodge #137 will dish out an all you can eat pancake breakfast for a hungry festival crowd at their Lodge dining room located at 221 Broadway & Lilly Avenue on Saturday, April 29 from 7 a.m. - 11 a.m. Pancakes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, juice, milk, and coffee will be served. The cost will be $10 for adults and $7 for children from 5 to 12 years old. Children 4 and under eat free. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
Bring an appetite with you to the festival! There won’t be any excuse for being hungry with plenty of choices from which to choose. The variety will showcase favorites such as funnel cakes, kettle corn, blooming’ onions and pork rinds. Stick to your ribs food will include hamburgers, sausages, pizza, BBQ pork, ribs, pulled pork, nachos, fish, and country ham. Dessert possibilities are ice cream, milkshakes, banana splits, and many others to satisfy your sweet tooth. Italian ice and fresh Lemonade will be refreshing to try. Check out all the other choices at the festival too.
Sit and rest at the picnic tables before getting back to see all the many activities going on at the festival. The food court will be set up at 142 Broadway. All food vendors are inspected by the local health department and issued a food permit before opening.
The Food and Drug Administration’s Food Code does not allow wild mushrooms such as morels to be sold at the food court unless they come from an approved source.
