the 31st anniversary of the festival.

Admission to the festival is free and all events are open to the public.

All events are handicapped accessible.

Diaper Changing Station/Nursing Tent will be available at 177 Broadway.
-
Port-a-potties will be available on Court St. and Broadway. A handicapped accessible port-a-potty will be available on Court St. near the Courthouse Annex.

Handwashing stations will be available in some areas.
-
Parking will be available in city lots, church lots, Citizens Guaranty Bank (25 River Drive), and city streets.

Shuttle services will be available from Estill County High School and West Irvine Elementary School to the Estill County School System’s Central Office from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 29 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 30.
